Great location, moderately priced, good service. Very responsive staff.

Free Wifi restricted to 3 devices. We were a group of 3 staying in a room with additional bed and this proved to be challenging as each one had a laptop and at least one phone to connect.

One front office employee and 15 people to check in.. Had to wait 60 minutes in the lobby to check in. Dusty Window curtains. No refund after checking out of the hotel a day early.

The hotel needs to check if minibar has been used before or at least TRUST the guest. I had told the receptionist the minibar was not used, but he called me back again, delaying me, from the waiting car heading to the airport. A real letdown.

The facility was clean and staff were nice.

Breakfast was disappointing. I stayed for 5 days and never had a tasty food. It was blunt and no taste. The only thing I enjoyed at the breakfast table was coffee

The new amenities in the room were good. Breakfast was interesting and not excessive. The waiters were good, especially Bharat and the ones from Miisuram. Good to see the movement of people to the south and being accommodated.

Breakfast was excellent. Wide range to choose from with plenty of waiters for service.Have stayed here before but found new and modern upgrades. Liked the modern comfortable Japanese toilet and digital room , lighting and window settings . Spa was excellent with helpful and courteous Manager Mandira and staff . Gym was spacious and had good equipment.

Reception staff Sundar lacked training in customer relations . Also packed breakfast request for additional day was delayed and not prepared well with just cut apples. Laundry was a bit pricey.

Great location, premium, excellent room interior, very modern. Breakfast, dinner were great with hospitality. Spa massage was nice.

The facilities fell short of meeting the expected standards, presenting numerous issues. These included an unoperational pool, a foul-smelling corridor and room, and a noticeable lack of efficiency in services like laundry. We also encountered cigarette smoke inside the room, and when we complained, they didn’t even investigate how it originated. We were only given an alternate room. These shortcomings resulted in an overall experience that was below par, highlighting the urgent need for improvements to bring the facilities up to a satisfactory level.

Excellent location, extremely friendly staff, variety of food for breakfast, both restaurants with great menu choice, fantastic Sky restaurant with an amazing view, reliable taxi service.

he Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The stay was very good and easy check in and check out was organised. The food was excellent and of good quality. The staff were extremely friendly and prompt to respond to our needs. Overall an excellent experience.

The room size was a little small and cramped. Cost can be a little more less expensive so it feels good on the pocket, especially for folks who book on a personal level.

level 18- breakfast choice is not enough-and some staff are exceptionally helpful and working hard, some are not .
